About the role

The University of Georgia seeks a temporary technical paraprofessional to assist with a deer research project. This position involves tagging infrared trail camera photos to species and tagging deer photos to sex, age, and unique identifying markers.

Responsibilities

  • Photo tagging and data entry

Requirements

  • College credits pursuing a degree in wildlife management or a related field
  • Ability to discern animals by species in photographs, record data accurately
  • Office work, sitting for more than 4 hours per day at a computer work station

Qualifications

  • Non-Exempt FLSA classification
  • .5 FTE
