About the role
The University Dorm Leader will serve in Cambodia, setting vision and providing oversight to the University Dorm ministry in Phnom Penh. The purpose is to provide a safe and loving environment while nurturing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual development of the students in their care.
Responsibilities
- Set vision and oversee the operations of the dorm and its programs.
- Demonstrate and teach Biblical truths that will shape the lives of young Cambodian men and women, discipling and equipping them to live out those truths and share them within their communities.
- Train and develop national leaders and partner with government officials to equip these young adults.
Requirements
- Christian Maturity: Evidence of Christ-like character and leadership competency; a humble, loving spirit and a listening heart are essential.
- Evangelism and Discipleship: Experience with evangelism and sharing the gospel with people of all ages.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate Biblical truth.
- Leadership Experience: Experience managing and supervising others.
- Administration: Ability to delegate and oversee administrative tasks.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in the local language.

- Passionate about investing in and equipping the next generation of Cambodians.
- Compassionate, firm, and have a heart for discipleship with giftings in leadership and administration.
