About the role

This position serves as part of a holistic church-planting team in Cambodia, focusing on urban and provincial settings. The role utilizes creative gifts and artistic skills to share the gospel and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate arts programs
• Supervise and direct national staff (if applicable)
• Manage budget
• Gather investment for needed supplies
• Manage inventory of supplies

Requirements

• A degree in creative arts and/or previous work experience
• A passion for teaching creative arts
• The ability to lead and train nationals passionate about using creative arts to reach their own people with the gospel

Qualifications

• Passion for sharing the gospel through creative arts
• Ability to inspire and mentor national staff
• Effective communication and leadership skills
