Responsibilities

• Assist with underground sewer installation and repair projects
• Learn to operate mini excavators and other excavation equipment
• Help with digging, trenching, pipe installation, and site preparation
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite regulations
• Work closely with experienced crew members and supervisors
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites

Requirements

• Valid CDL
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Safety-focused mindset
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Qualifications

• No excavation or sewer experience is required—we provide hands-on training
