What You'll Do Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructureInstall and maintain water supply systemsLocate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks)Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etcInstall and maintain water heaters, sump and ejector pumps, back-up systems, hose bibbs, etcInstall waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systemsEngage with homeowners, uncover plumbing issues, and recommend the right solutionsDeliver clear, transparent pricing while showcasing the value of our servicesBuild strong customer relationships through follow-up and honest communicationDrive revenue by hitting goals and tapping into new opportunitiesStay on top of trends so you're always offering the best optionsExpand our reach through smart outreach and lead follow-up Requirements 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing and/or plumbing salesSolid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential and commercial buildingsAbility to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)Proven sales performance: $300k+ sold per year for sales candidatesCustomer-focused mindset — you know how to listen, earn trust, and close without pressureGood communication and interpersonal skills, with a great deal of patienceHighly motivated and thrives in fast-paced, commission-based environmentsGood physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces Benefits Competitive compensation with high earning potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off to recharge and restBe part of a growing, forward-thinking company that's raising the bar in home servicesProfessional development assistanceReferral program Ready for a fresh start with a company that does things the right way?
