About the role

Responsibilities

• Take taxi and tour orders in both Japanese and English
• Input (type) orders into dispatch system quickly and accurately
• Cookordinate with drivers, customers, and tour agents to ensure timely pick-ups
• Hand-write orders into the log and update spreadsheets to track orders for commission
• Process itineraries and assign drivers according to the rotation schedule

Requirements

• Must be bi-lingual (Japanese & English)
• Must have 2 or more years of Oahu residency
• Must be able to process ever-changing company policies and prices
• Must be familiar with Oahu streets and locations

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle a high volume of calls
