Job Summary

The Mongolian Red Cross Society is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive Protection, Gender and Inclusion (PGI) Organizational Assessment to strengthen our commitment to dignity, safety, and inclusion for all.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the organization's current PGI practices and policies
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement in organizational structures and processes related to protection, gender, and inclusion
• Develop recommendations for enhancing the organization's PGI framework
• Support the implementation of the identified recommendations through training and capacity building initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the assessment and implementation

Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting organizational assessments with a focus on PGI
• Strong understanding of international humanitarian law and human rights standards relevant to PGI
• Experience working with organizations in post-conflict or fragile contexts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Mongolian

Qualifications

• Master's degree in International Relations, Human Rights, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Professional certifications in PGI or related fields are advantageous

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with data analysis and report writing
