About the role
The Call Center Specialist plays a crucial role as the first contact for prospective solar owners, acting as brand ambassadors for clean energy.
Responsibilities
- Earn between $25 to $35+ per hour, with uncapped earning potential based on performance
- Prioritize a flexible schedule that allows for job independence, while fostering teamwork and innovation
- Easily collaborate with colleagues, team leaders, and managers
- Bring fresh ideas and insights to the table
- Earn a base of $17 per hour plus commission per appointment set
- Provide two weeks paid leave, plus 7 bank holidays

- Participate in a 401K with company match
- Use advanced product and sales training to ensure success
- Utilize professional company tools including customized CRM and VOIP system

Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills - Friendly and persuasive (Retail or hospitality experience is a plus)
- Customer service, hospitality, or retail sales experience - Tenacity is key; don't take NO for an answer!
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset that is proactive and results-driven
- Organized and goal-oriented with strong phone call and email etiquette
- Able to set appointments with potential clients that can lead to sales opportunities
- Maintain and update lead data in the company CRM tool
- Initiate and support the sales process for the broader team
