About the role

The Call Center Specialist plays a crucial role as the first contact for prospective solar owners, acting as brand ambassadors for clean energy.

Responsibilities

  • Earn between $25 to $35+ per hour, with uncapped earning potential based on performance
  • Prioritize a flexible schedule that allows for job independence, while fostering teamwork and innovation
  • Easily collaborate with colleagues, team leaders, and managers
  • Bring fresh ideas and insights to the table
  • Earn a base of $17 per hour plus commission per appointment set
  • Provide two weeks paid leave, plus 7 bank holidays
  • Offer health insurance, vision & dental benefits
  • Participate in a 401K with company match
  • Use advanced product and sales training to ensure success
  • Utilize professional company tools including customized CRM and VOIP system

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills - Friendly and persuasive (Retail or hospitality experience is a plus)
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail sales experience - Tenacity is key; don't take NO for an answer!
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset that is proactive and results-driven
  • Organized and goal-oriented with strong phone call and email etiquette
  • Able to set appointments with potential clients that can lead to sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update lead data in the company CRM tool
  • Initiate and support the sales process for the broader team
