We provide custom bath remodeling solutions that enrich the lives of our customers with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free. Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic is seeking a Call Center Representative for our [insert city, state] market and surrounding areas to join our winning team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
- Adjust messaging to meet the needs of specific customers
- Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
- Collect homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
- Set and confirm appointments for in-home consultations
- Enter appointment and customer data into the system
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all conversations
- Cookordination appointments with canvassers and sales representatives
- Conduct quality control calls
- Answer inbound calls from potential customers
- Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
- Update lead information and maintain reports
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles (preferred)
- Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Schedule
Competitive hourly pay ($15–$30 based on experience) | Hybrid work schedule (flexibility between office and home)
