About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will communicate with customers by phone, identify their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also assist with account inquiries, process requests, and contribute to sales and customer satisfaction goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Build rapport with customers through active listening and clear communication.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Process customer orders, account updates, and service requests accurately.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
  • Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Meet individual performance, sales, and customer service objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current on products and processes.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or a contact center is preferred but not required.
