- Must be punctual, dependable, and demonstrate the ability to earn trust and respect by acting with honesty and professionalism.
- A high school diploma or GED, with an Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Digitally savvy; ability to work with Windows PC and multiple web-based applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work during our business hours: 8AM – 5PM, M-F and 9AM – 1PM on Saturdays.
