Call Center Representative - Full Time

About the role

Full-time position on the evening shift (10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.), including every other weekend and occasional early shifts (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patients’ food requests using the computer system.
• Process paperwork for the area per established procedures.
• Remain professional and follow through with patient, nurse, dietitian, or coordinator for all phone calls as needed.
• Review patient listings, check special services, diet orders, LDA’s, and preferences; make adjustments to patients’ files as needed.
• Generate meal tallies and maintenance reports as required.
• Process Epic printouts; follow through on all tray requests, supplemental orders, allergies, and diet changes, making appropriate adjustments to patients’ files.
• Enter tube feeding orders from Epic into Hospitality Suite accurately; send correct products with labels attached appropriately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Word processing skills.
• Sedentary work involving repetitive motion of hands, fingers, and wrists.

Pay

Pay range: $17.25 – $25.90 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The range may vary based on location.
