Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls
- Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
- Clearly present products and services with confidence and enthusiasm
- Guide prospects through the sales process and help move them toward a decision
- Handle objections effectively and turn conversations into conversions
- Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
