Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external members over the phone to provide high-level member service.
- Seek to achieve first call resolution while protecting the integrity of member accounts.
- Comply with established policies, procedures, and processes.
- Identify opportunities to educate members on online self-service capabilities and new products.
- Perform tasks such as member survey follow-up, service events, and online compliance courses.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking required (includes $150/month bilingual bonus).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in fast-paced customer service, sales, or banking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Apple, Android, PC, and Mac systems.
- Demonstrated adherence to federal and state laws and regulations governing the Credit Union.

Pay
$20.43 to $25.55 hourly rate, plus annual bonus. Final compensation offered may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements, and skill level.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with the expectation of being onsite at least 50% of the time over a two-week pay period.

Summary/Objective
The Member Solutions Guide (MSG) serves as the trusted go-to source for account maintenance, transactions, products, online assistance, and account troubleshooting. The MSG engages internal and external members to provide the highest level of member service, aiming to create raving fans and amazing experiences.
Work Environment
A personal smartphone is a requirement for employment due to Elevations' use of multi-factor authentication to keep data safe.
Physical Requirements
Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, using hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Saturday.
