Call Center Representative

Sorin Medical, the largest and fastest-growing Cardiology practice in NYC, is seeking fully bilingual (Spanish/Russian) call center representatives. Our work environment includes on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls
• Utilize EMR system and inter-office communication systems
• Quickly answer or properly refer questions and issues
• Ensure availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
• Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties, including but not limited to word processing, copying, filing, faxing, answering phones, and data entry

Requirements

• Ability to commute/relocate to Galax, VA 24333: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
• Call center experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday (Day or Night shifts)
