Call Center Representative
About the role
Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP in Arlington TX is seeking to hire enthusiastic full-time Call Center Representatives to resolve delinquent accounts using outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to resolve delinquent accounts.
- Research accounts to determine contact information for individuals and businesses.
- Document all actions taken on accounts using computer-based systems.
- Contribute to the team environment and help achieve company-wide goals.
- Meet weekly and monthly production objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is a plus.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail.
- Organization and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

A Day in the Life of a Call Center Representative
