Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Process orders and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
