Full-Time Member Service Representative role at Kohler Credit Union. Starting wage $19.15–$21.40/hour; comprehensive training and professional development provided. On-site training in Sheboygan, Wisconsin; eligible for work-from-home after training and performance review.

About the role

Launch a meaningful career in customer service and financial services as a Member Service Representative in our Contact Center. Help members navigate their financial journeys, deliver personalized support, and build lasting relationships through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging
• Assist members with account questions, maintenance, and service requests
• Resolve concerns by delivering accurate information and timely solutions
• Support debit card services, account updates, mobile deposit verification, and other banking needs
• Educate members on financial products, services, and digital banking tools
• Identify opportunities to recommend solutions aligned with members’ financial goals
• Maintain accuracy while adhering to banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with teammates to meet service expectations and member satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Create positive interactions that strengthen long-term member relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, contact center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems and resources
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer relationships
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow security, compliance, and regulatory guidelines

Pay

Starting wage of $19.15–$21.40 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Rotating Saturday schedule: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
