Work Schedule

M-F, 8a-5p

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls for Georgia Bone and Joint
  • Respond directly to inquiries or direct calls accordingly
  • Schedule appointments for providers
  • Obtain necessary information from patients regarding insurance, personal information, and prior medical records
  • Referral for appointments as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service-oriented environment with high call volume
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently and make decisions based on training and knowledge
  • Tolerate lengthy periods of sitting and repetitive keyboard typing

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in the medical industry is a plus
