Call Center Representative
Work Schedule
M-F, 8a-5p
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls for Georgia Bone and Joint
- Respond directly to inquiries or direct calls accordingly
- Schedule appointments for providers
- Obtain necessary information from patients regarding insurance, personal information, and prior medical records
- Referral for appointments as needed
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service-oriented environment with high call volume
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Able to work independently and make decisions based on training and knowledge
- Tolerate lengthy periods of sitting and repetitive keyboard typing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in the medical industry is a plus
