Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate guidance to help our members enhance their financial well-being.
• Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; answer questions about products and services; resolve problems within authority (e.g., review deposits made through remote delivery channels for release of funds); refer problems beyond authority to supervisor, along with recommendations.
• Assist members with all transactions, including opening accounts, loan payments, cash advances, and payments by phone in a timely manner while providing compassionate, courteous, and accurate service.
• Provide technical support for all inquiries associated with current and future online services (e.g., online banking, bill payment).
• Research and resolve plastic card problems, review transactions, and fraud alerts.

Requirements

• At least six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills, excellent listening, and telephone skills.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
• A professional appearance and demeanor.
• Prior experience working in a credit union or bank strongly preferred.

Pay

$24.25/hour - $30.25/hour, based on skills and experience.
