Call Center Mortgage Loan Officer

About the role

Achieve is hiring a call center loan officer in Missouri. This position may also act as a Branch Manager or Qualified Individual in Missouri. The role involves helping everyday people transition from struggling to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility
• Advise and educate clients on the Lendage mortgage products and the application process
• Absorb and assist clients in completing mortgage applications, collecting necessary information for mortgage approval
• Operate within the mortgage sales environment, using the Loan Origination System, CRM, credit vendor system, and other required software and systems
• Communicate with prospects, loan applicants, and third-party vendors throughout the mortgage process, with continuous follow-up
• Qualify for several state mortgage licenses within the first 45 days and complete required pre-license education, state and federal testing, and federal background checks

Requirements

• Current MO resident
• Active NMLS (or able to be reactivated)
• Passed the SAFE exam
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience
• Eligible to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a continually changing, entrepreneurial team environment

Qualifications
