Call Center - Member Service

Kohler Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Member Service Representative to join our Contact Center team in Sheboygan, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in banking, financial services, and customer support.

About the role

As a Member Service Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional member service and creating positive financial experiences. You'll serve as a trusted resource for members by answering questions, providing account support, resolving issues, and identifying products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.

You'll assist members through multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, while providing timely, accurate, and personalized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process debit card requests
• Assist with digital banking support
• Verify mobile deposits
• Complete account maintenance
• Maintain detailed records to ensure quality service and compliance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide professional, friendly, and solutions-focused customer service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
