Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to join their team in Modesto, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and communication skills, management experience, and customer service experience. They will be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Hire, train, and manage Call Center Representatives
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed and as a training tool
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas

Requirements

• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Management experience
• Customer service experience
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to resolve conflicts and issues
