Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to join their team in Eugene, OR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a call center, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Hire, train, and manage Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed and as a training tool
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
Requirements
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Management experience
- Customer service experience
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to resolve conflicts and issues
