About the role
ITCON Services is seeking a Call Center Coaching Staff with a master's degree in a mental health-related field and at least three years of experience delivering in-person patient care, preferably in a mental health setting. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling, and experience working with military service members and veterans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver coaching services to clients via phone and email
- Conduct triage and provide initial assessments
- Implement care management strategies and motivational interviewing techniques
- Provide crisis counseling support
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive client support
Requirements
- US Citizenship Required
- Licensed mental health professional (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
- Experience working with military service members and veterans
- Experience in mental health settings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field
- At least three years of experience delivering in-person patient care
- Clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
Skills
