Remote Call Center Representative - Medicaid Support Location: Hawaii (Remote after training) Pay Rate: $25.96/hour Contract Length: 5 Years Training Location: Kapolei, HI (First week onsite) Position Overview We are seeking customer-focused professionals to support Medicaid Eligibility Operations and community engagement initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will assist applicants by handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information, updating records, and ensuring accurate documentation within company systems. Key Responsibilities Complete all required trainingHandle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using company-provided equipment and systemsFollow approved scripts and procedures when assisting callersProvide professional, courteous, and efficient customer serviceSupport Medicaid Eligibility Operations and related program activitiesPerform assigned administrative and operational support tasksMaintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information Qualifications Previous customer service or call center experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working with computer systems and data entryAbility to follow established processes, scripts, and proceduresStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience supporting healthcare, benefits, or customer support programs is a plus Work Environment First week of training is onsite in Kapolei, HawaiiFully remote following successful completion of trainingCompany-provided equipment and systemsStandard business hours with a professional remote work setting Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kapolei, HI. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.96 - $25.96/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
