Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT solutions delivery.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: collaboration and workspace innovations, cybersecurity, data center and cloud services, AI and data analytics, and managed services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-standard IT infrastructure and technologies.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques.
