- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Required Skills, Experience
- Ability to engage with customers to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and showing empathy.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in using computers & laptop.
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience in sales, cross-selling, up-selling or referring products.
- Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center (phone, chat and or video).
- Prior experience of working as a Personal Banker and managing high client volume would be given priorities.
