About the role
The Call Center Banker position at Forcht Bank is dedicated to providing efficient, professional, and quality front-line service to all Forcht Bank customers through telephone interactions. This role involves handling various financial transactions and supporting customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide VIP service to all customers and staff.
- Aid customers with financial transactions, including cashing checks, depositing checks, and issuing receipts.
- Manage cash drawer, record transactions, and maintain account balances.
- Sell or refer bank services, such as DDA accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes.
- Engage in community and civic activities.
- Handle cash advances, issue cashier's checks, and process loan payments.
- Operate and balance coin machines, process night drop deposits, and manage vault and ATM operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and banking information systems.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Teamwork and ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic arithmetic and understanding of banking principles.

Schedule
Flexible schedule with occasional early or late hours, including weekends. Must be available on Saturdays but not mandatory. Positions may require attendance during inclement weather, emergencies, or pandemics. Must attend training and orientation in Lexington or Somerset, KY.
