Call Center Associate - Nutrition Services - 140546

Minimum Qualifications

• One (1) year food service and/or related experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting or combination of education and experience.
• Food service/hospitality experience.
• Computer literate.
• Previous phone-based experience with superb, friendly patient service skills.
• Excellent customer skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
• Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
• Complies with the University of California, San Diego Health (UCSDH) Principles of Community.

Pay

Annual Full Pay Range: $52,910 - $65,793 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%).

Hiring Pay Scale: $25.34 - $31.51 / Hour
