Full-time, non-exempt position providing effective inbound call service to new and existing members, providers, and customers.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. No weekends or holidays required.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members, providers, and customers on VoIP system
- Transfer calls successfully to extensions, external numbers, or voicemail extensions as recorded in directory
- Accurately record information, as applicable
- Perform clinic support duties as needed
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to listen and speak courteously
- Literacy abilities
- Ability to sit 80–90% of a workday
