Call Center Associate

Hand and Stone is seeking customer service professionals in the Lakeland area who are open to working in a call center environment and able to interview immediately. Our call center is open 7 days a week, targeting professionals with strong communication and computer skills from backgrounds such as call centers, office administration, retail, or face-to-face customer service.

About the role

You will be a critical link in ensuring our customers' booking experience is outstanding. This role involves handling inbound calls, assisting with appointments, confirmation calls, and client profile questions—with no sales involved. You’ll also promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy while maintaining a professional and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Assist in booking appointments, confirmation calls, and client profile questions
• Receive inbound calls to assist customers
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude and work as a team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask effectively
• Focus on delivering a great guest experience
• Background in call centers, professional customer service (office, admin, receptionist, front desk), retail, or face-to-face customer service
