As a Client Booking Specialist, you'll be the vibrant voice behind our prestigious brand, leaving incredible first impressions while nurturing meaningful client relationships over the phone. At our studio call center, you'll tackle both inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, focusing on warm leads and following scripted conversations designed for success.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads, making outgoing and receiving incoming calls
• Schedule client appointments and maintain the studio schedule
• Build rapport and leave clients feeling valued and excited
• Strive for predefined targets for calls and bookings
• Deliver an in-person experience from our engaging studio location (not a remote position)
