Booking Specialist

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Reservation Services Coordinator to assist clients with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing important booking details. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservation requests and general inquiries
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Coordinate reservation details based on client needs and preferences
• Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
• Communicate important updates and reservation information
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements
• Communicate with service providers when necessary
• Provide professional and responsive client support
