About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients in various sectors including Federal Civilian, DoW, SLED, Commercial, and Healthcare. Key areas of focus include networking, collaboration and workspace innovations, cybersecurity, data center and cloud services, AI and data analytics, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to clients in various sectors including Federal Civilian, DoW, SLED, Commercial, and Healthcare.
• Engage in networking, collaboration and workspace innovations projects.
• Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives and ensure client systems are secure.
• Manage data center and cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and support AI and data analytics solutions.
• Oversee managed services to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud computing.
• Experience with data center management and AI/data analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
