Call Center Agent - Hybrid/Remote in Aliso Viejo

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent delivery of a great patient experience that exceeds expectations.
• Raise conversion rates from initial phone call to consultation.
• Handle all other call types with empathy and a patient-centric focus.
• Book patients for consultation during their first call to NVISION.
• Present in a professional and educated manner to all customers, patients, and doctors.
• Place outbound calls timely and with enthusiasm to assist in research and issue resolution.
• Handle calls with sound judgment and empathy, especially with upset patients.
• Schedule appointments correctly, servicing multiple centers.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and customer service processes.
• Handle a call center environment, working quickly and multitasking.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high volume call center preferred but willing to train the right person.
• Ophthalmology experience helpful but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
