Urban Park Services provides on-site urban support services focused on safe, organized, and efficient parking and vehicle flow throughout the city. Our operations team is supported by a responsive customer service function that assists clients, drivers, and field staff.

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and dependable Call Center Agent to support our Houston operations. This role handles inbound and outbound calls, assists customers with parking-related questions, schedules services, and supports internal teams with accurate information and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Provide information related to parking services, locations, and general operations
• Schedule appointments or service requests as needed
• Document calls, issues, and resolutions accurately in internal systems
• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when appropriate
• Cook up with field staff and operations teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits
