We provide friendly, professional support for businesses 24/7/365. This part-time position requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and web chats, offering helpful and warm service
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all written communications
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to service quality standards and maintain consistent schedule adherence
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum typing speed of 40WPM
- A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed and empathetic
- Self-motivation and reliable attendance
- Experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative role
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Pay
$21/hr with Perfect Attendance Bonus. Perfect Attendance means being on time for the start of your shift, returning on time from all breaks, and completing your full assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $19/hr.
Schedule
Variety of part-time shifts that are consistent week to week.
