About the role

As a Call Center Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate product information and support
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and requests

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus

Pay
