Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups
  • Schedule consultations and update appointment records
  • Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
  • Provide information regarding company services and scheduling
  • Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Work closely with office staff to ensure timely customer support

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused approach
  • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable and team-oriented
