Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups
- Schedule consultations and update appointment records
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
- Provide information regarding company services and scheduling
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Work closely with office staff to ensure timely customer support
Minimum Requirements
- Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused approach
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and team-oriented
