Call Campaign Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement special call campaign projects, contacting patients from various prepared call lists to coordinate services
• Cook up and implement specialized call structures based upon the specific patient subset for an individual list
• Maintain vocal composure while providing the exemplary customer service, assisting patients with any questions or concerns in regards to their treatment
• Answer and direct calls to respective departments
• Schedule/reschedule patients depending on need, availability and urgency
• Inform callers about our providers, service and practice locations
• Absorb and navigate patients to the correct facilities using mapping resources
• Update patient information on electronic medical records system
• Translate and assist patients by addressing needs

Qualifications

• Must be personable and detail oriented as a representative of the practice while callers rely on proper information
• Excellent verbal and written skills for proper documentation of encounters
• Work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Background in using EMR software preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged
• 1 Year Of Call Center Experience Preferred
• Prior experience with call campaign projects preferred
