California Licensed Family Law Attorney

About the role

Latitude is seeking a California licensed family law attorney for a remote contract engagement with one of its law firm clients. This is a full-time engagement anticipated to last approximately three months.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in areas such as divorces, child custody disputes, child and spousal support, preliminary disclosures, property division, dissolution matters, and domestic violence restraining orders, among other family law matters.
• Handle matters in San Francisco County Superior Court, when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of law firm experience representing clients in family law matters.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
• Outstanding references.

Qualifications

• Experience handling matters in San Francisco County Superior Court is a plus.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Attention to detail.

Pay

The annualized compensation for this position is between $250,000 and $280,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
