California Licensed Family Law Attorney
Latitude is seeking a California licensed family law attorney for a remote contract engagement with one of its law firm clients. This is a full-time engagement anticipated to last approximately four months and offers the opportunity to work with a Bay Area-based law firm on a flexible, contract basis.
About the role
This is a remote role with no in-office working requirement, though occasional routine court appearances in San Francisco County Superior Court may be required.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters such as divorces, child custody disputes, child and spousal support, preliminary disclosures, property division, dissolution matters, and domestic violence restraining orders
Requirements
- 5+ years of law firm experience representing clients in family law matters
- Experience handling matters in San Francisco County Superior Court is preferred
- Strong writing and research skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
- Outstanding references
Pay
The annualized compensation for this position is between $250,000 and $280,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on numerous factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
