About the role

Holland & Hart is seeking attorneys with commercial litigation and/or labor and employment experience to join the firm in our Salt Lake City office.

Position Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will be members of the California Bar and have 2-5 years of top tier law firm experience in commercial litigation and/or labor and employment.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills are required.
  • PREFERRED: Strong academic background and experience managing litigation in California state and federal venues, including discovery and motions.
  • PREFERRED: Experience providing employment counseling to clients, or drafting handbooks, agreements or policies.

Compensation And Expectations

Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based—you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team’s efforts. Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits. Associates are expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
