California Licensed Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with NCARB certification and licensed in California for a growth opportunity to work on commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project point person for the client, principals, and all discipline personnel.
• Primary responsibility for the projects’ financial success, quality of documents, delivery of service to the client, and schedule performance.
• Administrator for the Consultant Agreement and applicable Sub‑Consultant Agreements.
• Initiate project start‑up, manage document preparation, and coordinate construction administration activities.
• Communicate and document scope of work changes by the client, and, with assistance from the Program Manager, negotiate added fee and obtain approval.

Qualifications

• NCARB certified architect.
• Licensed in California (other state licenses a plus).
• BS, BA or MA in Architecture from an accredited educational program.
• Demonstrated competency in Building and Accessibility Codes.
• Proficiency in procedures for production of design development and construction documents, architectural planning, detailing, building materials, and construction means and methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit proficiency a plus.
• Self‑motivated with ability to take initiative and function with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum 7 years of successful experience managing multiple, multi‑disciplined complex projects or multiple small projects.
• Experience with commercial and industrial projects.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule: onsite in Arlington, TX Monday‑Thursday and remote on Fridays.
