About the role

We are seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager for our Columbus, OH office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Communicate with consultants and contractors.
• Manage project timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Mentor and manage junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management and architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and building materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
