Architectural Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager who can lead projects from concept to completion, fostering exceptional experiences for clients and team members. This role requires a deep understanding of design, technical excellence, and client leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through every phase of design and construction
- Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Guide projects that balance design excellence, technical rigor, and performance
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
- Mentor emerging professionals and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and learning
- Promote innovation and leverage technology to improve project delivery
- Contribute to business development, client relationships, and strategic growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred
- 7+ years of architectural experience with increasing project leadership responsibilities
- Experience leading complex commercial projects through all phases of design and construction
- Strong understanding of contracts, project financials, scheduling, consultant coordination, and construction administration
- Proficiency in Revit and current design technologies
- Experience presenting to clients and leading multidisciplinary project teams
