• Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

A nationwide commercial architectural firm seeks an amazing candidate to grow with their team. They are looking for a Professional Retail or Restaurant Project Manager with experience in Revit and retail design.

Responsibilities

• Putting together full sets of CDs, permitting, RFIs, and site visits for upfront verification, during construction, punch-lists, and meeting with the city for permit related requirements.
• Managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Completing assignments and meeting deadlines with accuracy and completeness.
• Following and giving clear instructions, taking direction from supervisors, and organizing tasks.
• Soliciting feedback and improving self and team performance.
• Adapting to various situations and being receptive to new ideas.
• Adhering to design standards and working collaboratively with the team.
• Maintaining professional communication with clients.
• Mentoring and training project team members.
• Preparing and reviewing construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review, as well as coordinating revisions.
• Managing submittal packages to permitting agencies and outside project consultants.
• Assisting in managing client billing and monitoring profitability of respective projects.
• Scheduling staff for project team needs and setting project deadlines.
• Communicating with clients in a professional manner.
• Managing project construction administration, client updates, and coordination with the project team.
• Attending municipal planning and zoning meetings and performing/posting code analysis documents and ADA compliance.

Requirements

• Professional Retail or Restaurant experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Architectural licensure preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferable.
• Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Basic experience with rendering software.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
