Architectural Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager acts as a liaison between management and staff while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. This position is also responsible for establishing and monitoring budgets, proposals, and bill reviews for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between management and staff while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
• Establish and monitor budgets, proposals, and bill reviews for various projects.
• Lead and implement process improvement activities to improve team efficiencies.
• Interface with clients on technical items.

Requirements

• Must have one of the following:
• 2-year degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of work experience in an A/E firm.
• Bachelor’s degree (BAArch, BSA, BSEE, BSME) from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in an A/E firm.
• Journeyman or Master's license and 2 years of work experience in an A/E firm.
• 7 years of work experience in an A/E field.
• Must have understanding of required codes for this position (ICC Building Code, Accessibility Code).
• Applicable work experience using AutoCAD and/or REVIT Architecture/Engineering software.

Qualifications

A strong attention to detail and prior management skills is a plus.
