California-Labor & Employment Relations Associate

About the role

Winston & Strawn’s Labor & Employment practice is looking for a mid-level associate to join either the Los Angeles or San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct California employment litigation cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Coordinate matters in both California state and federal courts

Requirements

• At least three years of California employment litigation experience
• Strong case management and research skills
• Admitted to the California Bar

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing, and verbal skills
